Moving Into Music Monthly | November …

Lauris Hing, Principal writes to Moving Into Music students, families and friends,

“Times have been tough, those at the front line have worked tirelessly to hold the line – we thank them.

November prospects are looking brighter.  At Moving Into Music the brightness looms with the return to the studios for face to face teaching which begins this week … and with the Christmas Concerts coming up in December. We want the concerts to be a celebration of music and how it has steered us through the longest of lockdowns. Concerts will be Online, our salute to the past eighteen months of teaching and learning.  Online has been our staple … online has been our saviour!

Music touches the depths of who we are. Music touches the heart – music touches the soul … it’s time to celebrate that we are among the lucky ones … the ones who have music in their lives.”
