Moving Into Music Monthly | March …Piano Teacher, Nicholas Young – the Performer:

In the Moving Into Music Monthly | March, Principal Lauris Hing writes to students, families and friends …
“Moving on … and into March … we are coming up to mid-term.
We welcome changes, the easing of restrictions on masks, working from home, QR codes etc . We look forward with hope.
Music, bars and dancing are all opening up as part of the transition from “covid-cautious to covid-confident”.
This is great news for our musicians. Many musicians gave us sustenance during times of restrictions. Now they need our help. We need to support the re-growth of their industry. How can we do this? Look no further than our teachers. In addition to teaching and guiding us they are also working musicians.
It is time to support our own. At Moving Into Music this means our teachers. Support them as they step back into their performing lives – they are part of the restoration of Melbourne’s live music scene.
This month we feature one of our own – our piano teacher Nicholas Young. How much do you know about Nicholas and his work?
In this Monthly we give you the chance to find out more.
It’s time to promote and support our own:
