The concept of Moving Into Music was born because I became aware of a gap in Melbourne’s early childhood education environment. There were few, if any, programs implementing the latest research and best teaching practice.
I strongly believe that as well as the challenge of providing fun, stimulation and opportunity, early childhood music programs should also have a sound scientific basis and intellectual rigour. This has been confirmed by the number of parents from Melbourne’s music and arts community who have selected Moving Into Music for their children.
